This Kale Quinoa Salad is a nutritious vegan dish with kale, quinoa, chickpeas, and a lemon-tahini dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
