Spicy Tofu Bowl with Edamame
This Spicy Tofu Bowl is a nutritious vegan dish with crispy tofu, edamame, and rice, drizzled with a spicy soy dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Fry tofu in chili oil until crispy.
- 2. Steam edamame for 5 mins.
- 3. Serve tofu and edamame over rice, drizzle with soy sauce.
- 4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve.
